Its no secret that the real estate market here in Hampton Roads region of Va has quickly shifted to a buyers market. And what does that mean exactly? Basically (most) homes aren’t selling like, the minute, the go on the market. But don’t get me wrong, some price points and highly sough after areas, homes are still selling very quickly!
Here are some items I would buy if you are going to be SELLING your home in a BUYERS market, with items from Walmart
1. TRIPOD FLOOR LAMP
By adding additional lighting to the spaces in your home its going to make them feel bigger and brighter. Here is a great lamp that will fit well with many styles of home decor.
2. SIMPLE FAUX GREENERY
This easy and simple task will make any space feel fresh and alive. You want to avoid multiple colors (like seasonal) flowers or arrangements when staging your home. Keep its clean and simple with a few different types of greenery around your home.
3. NEUTRAL AREA RUG
Swapping out your colorful area rug with a neutral rug will keep the buyers touring your home less focused on decor and more on the house! Area rugs are also great for creating separate spaces with an open floor plan and bring texture to any space. You can’t go wrong with a rug like this one.
4. TEXTURED THROW PILLOWS
This great for bedrooms and the living rooms. Either added a touch of texture or a pop of color. If going with a color, stick to the same color throughout your home.
